About the Role:

FoodRunz is seeking high-energy, persuasive Inside Sales Reps to close deals from inbound hot leads delivered through our AI-powered outbound dialer system. Our AI makes over 2,000 calls per second, and transfers only qualified restaurants and food business owners ready to learn more or sign up.

What You'll Do:

• Handle inbound transferred calls from pre-qualified leads
• Present our $500–$1,500/month local delivery service plans
• Guide business owners through plan options and onboarding
• Use HubSpot CRM to manage leads and deals

Compensation: 100% Commission

• $100–$300 per signup
• $250 monthly bonus for 10 signups
• Monthly Potential: $5,000–$8,000+ (inbound closing only)

About the Role:

As a FoodRunz Outside Sales Rep, you'll be the face of our company, meeting with restaurants, food trucks, ghost kitchens, and home-based food businesses. You'll pitch our delivery platform and close accounts face-to-face or via video.

What You'll Do:

• Prospect new leads using in-person visits, IG/FB targeting, and cold drops
• Close businesses on Tier 1 ($500), Tier 2 ($900), and Tier 3 ($1,500) plans
• Help small businesses maximize delivery profits

Compensation: 100% Commission

• $150–$400 per signup
• $500 bonus for 15+ signups/month
• 5% recurring residuals (6 months)
• Monthly Potential: $6,000–$9,000+

About the Role:

You will target franchises, regional chains, large vendors, and national food brands. Pitch our enterprise delivery logistics model and close multi-location plans with high-volume potential.

What You'll Do:

• Build B2B relationships with F&B decision-makers
• Pitch Tier 2 and Tier 3 solutions for multiple markets
• Handle RFPs and coordinate onboarding with corporate support

Compensation: 100% Commission

• $300–$1,000+ per location
• $2,500/month bonus (10+ locations)
• 7.5% residuals on signed franchises (6 months)
• Monthly Potential: $8,000–$15,000+

About the Role:

Our Street Team reps are on the ground in college towns and local markets, signing up small food businesses for a 30-day $299 trial of our delivery service. You'll walk in, build rapport, and pitch them the easiest decision of their day.

What You'll Do:

• Visit restaurants, cafes, food vendors in person
• Offer $299 trial (3 drivers for 30 days)
• Capture signups via app + QR scan

Compensation:

• Base Pay: Local hourly rate
• $100 per $299 trial signup
• $200 upsell bonus (Tier 1–3 conversion)
• Daily + weekly bonuses
